This year, though, I'm hoping to talk my family into watching Sherlock (the tv series) instead! It'll be a good lead in to The Hobbit whenever it comes out, as Benedict Cumberbatch (who plays Sherlock) is the voice of two characters in The Hobbit and Martin Freeman is playing Bilbo.
